Keep each project's links on a cylinder of its own
In Curv Link, you can make a cylinder for each project and keep the links to its docs, tools and reference sites together.
Common problems
- Links to docs and tools are scattered across chats, notes and bookmarks.
- Every time you switch projects, you hunt for the links you need all over again.
- Links from finished projects get mixed up with the current ones.
How Curv Link helps
- Make a cylinder for each project and switch between them.
- Inside a cylinder, sort links into folders by purpose, with folders inside folders if you need them.
- Paste text that lists URLs to add them all as links at once. You can also import from CSV or Markdown files.
- Keep Markdown, PDF and other files from your device next to your links. Markdown files open in an editor.
- If you swap icons or make a folder by mistake, undo it (Ctrl+Z on a computer).
Get started in 3 steps
- Make a cylinder: Open Curv Link, create a new cylinder from the cylinder switcher, and name it after the project.
- Collect the links: In Settings > Data, choose Add from Pasted Text and paste the URLs of your docs and tools all at once.
- Sort them into folders: Drag icons to reorder them and group them into folders such as docs, tools and references.
Notes and limits
- Links, settings and files you add are stored in this browser. They do not move to other devices or browsers automatically.
- To use them on another computer, export a JSON file with Export Backup in Settings and load it there with Import Backup. The backup does not include the contents of files you added.
- Undo covers actions such as swapping icons, making folders and unpacking folders.
- To show site icons, the domain names of your links are sent to icon services such as Google's and DuckDuckGo's, either through Curv Link's image relay server (Cloudflare) or directly.
- Clearing the browser's site data also deletes what you saved, so back up from time to time.
FAQ
How many cylinders can I make?
As many as you need. You can delete cylinders you no longer use.
What if links I add in bulk are already saved?
Curv Link asks you first, and you can choose Skip Duplicates or Import All.
Can I add internal pages or pages that need a login?
Yes, any page with a URL. Links open in your normal browser, so pages that need a login work as they always do.
