Folders and Cylinders
You can organize links in two ways: folders on a cylinder, and separate cylinders. Folders can also contain other folders.
Creating a Folder
- Drag an icon onto the center of another icon.
- Release it. The two icons are put into a new folder named New Folder.
- To rename the folder, use its edit button.
Dropping an icon onto the center of an existing folder adds it to that folder. Dropping it near the edge of an icon swaps their positions instead.
Opening and Leaving Folders
Click a folder icon to show its contents on the cylinder. Click the Back icon to go up one level. To move an icon out of the folder, drag it onto the center of the Back icon.
Unpacking a Folder
A folder's action buttons include Unpack folder, which spreads its contents into the current level and removes the folder. Making, unpacking, and moving out of folders can be undone with Ctrl+Z (on phones, use the Undo button that appears for a few seconds).
Using Several Cylinders
Press the cylinder tile (two overlapping cylinders) on the cylinder to see your cylinders, switch between them, or create a new one. You can also create, rename, and delete cylinders under Settings → Display → Cylinders. On Windows and Mac, Alt (Option) + 1–9 switches to a cylinder directly.
